Dear Friends, Family, and soon-to-be Friends and Family,
Rather than have a traditional gift registry and limit people to one or two stores, I decided to let you all know of our ideas for décor, colors, and themes. From here, you may take the ideas and search creatively in your favorite places! Let God lead you, so that you can be wise with the resources He has entrusted to you.
Be creative. And don’t worry: I love surprises! Especially when they are practical, cute, and have a special story or meaning connected with them. (And I’m not joking about the CUTE part. J As you’ll see below, I have the taste of a child when it comes to decorating! Thankfully, Barak is letting me get away with it!)
Many of you have been where we are now. You know what you most appreciated, what you really needed as you began your married life, and what you treasure to this day. We’d like to call on your experience. We welcome your prayers, knowledge, ideas, admonitions, and encouragement as we begin our lives together.

Kitchen:
The theme for the kitchen is red fruits and berries. Apples, cherries, strawberries, raspberries… You get the idea! The main color for the kitchen is red, and I prefer white over black.

Bathroom:
The theme for the bathroom is duckies! I’ve hoped to have a ducky bathroom for about as long as I can remember! J I already have a shower curtain with hooks, waste basket, and nightlight, but if you can find other bathroom items that would go with the theme, I’d love to add to the collection! Here are a few ideas:

Bright rainbow colors—red, orange, yellow, green, and blue. Stripes, solids, Hawaiian
flowers… anything bright, cheerful, and colorful!
