The Lord's been teaching me about being a giver. I don't want to reach the end of my life fat and lazy, pampered by all the comforts I gave myself. I'd rather find that I have grown weak and frail by helping others in every way I can.

May I spend every last drop of myself in service to the Lord.

Lord help us to be givers!

John 12:24-25 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit. He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.

John 15:13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

I John 3:16 Hereby perceive we the love of God, because He laid down His life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

We had a big family Christmas down at the Biddingers. It was such a blessing, all the love, everyone just enjoying one another and careing for each other.
