It has my favorite verse. Affectionately love God, very very much!

Col 3:2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.

Annick Marshall did it, and I'm sure she'd enjoy doing some leather engraving for you too. You can get her here, or here.

We had a family talent show...

Here we are acting out Levi's story.

See mom in action, click for extra short puppet show.

Family Easter egg hunt...

Levi thought up a great game to play. He passed out a pencil and paper to each of us, and had us each pick a common word. We wrote down everyone's words on our papers. Then we had to make a story useing each of the words, and the best story won. It worked, here's our stories as read by their authors...
Grandma
Dad (2nd pt)
Mom
Jeriah
Barak
Eleazar
Levi
Who do you think won?

Faith

My dad. He gave a great insight from 2Kings 18. So inspiring!...

Don't be of the "I can't change anything, whatever God wills, what will be will be" attitude. Be of the "If I make a mistake, I will repent and make it right" attitude.

2Ki 13:18 And he said, Take the arrows. And he took them. And he said unto the king of Israel, Smite upon the ground. And he smote thrice, and stayed.
19 And the man of God was wroth with him, and said, Thou shouldest have smitten five or six times; then hadst thou smitten Syria till thou hadst consumed it: whereas now thou shalt smite Syria but thrice.

Shouldn't the king have quickly said he was wrong, taken back up the arrows, and continued smiting the ground. I can only imagine... Could the victory gained though this response have been earth changing?

...Whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord... from Col 3:23

Go for God's best, take nothing less!
