Post 164

Happy HOLYdays and a very merry CHRISTmas to you all. At this time to year I love to take some special thought, and rejoice in Jesus coming to us. To me it not only speaks of Jesus coming to all men, but especially of Jesus coming to me. Before I was filled with Jesus I was a selfish hypocrite, now that I have Jesus I am a new creation, all things are made new and wonderful. I really praise Him for His victorious power in me.

The big word I'm thinking of this Christmas season is COME. That is... Come to Jesus! He came to us, let us come to Him. O COME let us adore Him.

Jesus came to bring comfort to the afflicted, and affliction to the comfortable. Think about that one a bit, it's powerful.

And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind. And some of the Pharisees which were with him heard these words, and said unto him, Are we blind also? Jesus said unto them, If ye were blind, ye should have no sin: but now ye say, We see; therefore your sin remaineth. -John 9:39-41

Praise our wonderful Lord Jesus

So, I saw this guy out holding up this sign and a little Santa doll. I say thumbs up to him.

Too many parents are preaching belief in Santa as though it's the gospel truth. Don't believe in Santa, BELIEVE IN JESUS!

Angels in the snow. Proclaiming JESUS!

A child, a child shivers in the cold.

Snowed in

Don't you love this snow.

Mouse over to see my trumpet teacher conduct. Pastor Steve Allen, he's a wonderful man, and a great teacher.

I frosted this one myself. Guess what type of baby is in the baby carriage... Extra terrestrial.

This cake was frosted accidently, the natural way.

We had a foursome birthday party.

How do you like that cake. I frosted it myself, that was fun. It's Mr Alessio, Faith Alessio, Charity Heyworth, and Eleazar Bendixen.

Audrey, Elizabeth, and I made a blanket fort. What fun!

Strolling the town. It's quite a sight.

Church happenings...

Here's mom, out pushing the kids on the hammock, or is it off the hammock.

Brothers! Freddy and Jacob.

We've been getting to know these people, they've visited our church a few times. They're very interesting, I got a few shots of them, perhaps not the best pictures, but don't let that fool you, they're very nice people...

Dave and Migoomi

Ed, on the right. He has such a great smile, and really loves the Christian fellowship.

Lucy

Mouse over to see Catrina give herself a quick punch in the kisser. Careful there!

My grandmother took us out to dinner at Red Lobster, I found this little guy in their fish tank.
Just reminding you to always look up.
